I discovered, at a young age, that I really enjoyed doing hair. Having three younger sisters, I had plenty of heads to work on! I worked in corporate America for many years but never felt quite complete in that environment.

After realizing, we all have a passion for certain things in life; I discovered hair was my passion. I completed cosmetology training in 1992 and earned my license as a board certified Hair Stylist. I opened A Head of Hair Salon in 1996. Since then I have studied and received certificates from several major industry leaders: Great Lengths, Hair Dreams and, Cinderella Hair Extensions to name a few.
